Dr. Ampadu holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and brings over 30 years of experience from the Department of Feeder Roads at the Ministry of Roads and Highways, where he served until his retirement in 2017. He now works as a freelance consultant.
Starting his career with a BSc in Civil Engineering, Dr. Ampadu progressed from Assistant Engineer to Regional Engineer before pursuing advanced studies in Japan. Upon earning his PhD, he returned to the department and advanced to the role of Deputy Director of Planning before retiring.
A dedicated researcher in Cement and Concrete Technology, Dr. Ampadu has published eight papers in international journals and over ten conference papers, presenting his work at international conferences in more than ten countries.
